The questions
before the tutoring.

Some of what a South Australian parent needs to know about SACE and the SA Curriculum is not written down anywhere they would think to look, and some of what is written down is wrong. These are the answers we give on the phone, written out properly.

What we have written

Short pieces, each one a real question.

Mathematics Which maths does my child take in Year 11? There is no Stage 1 “Mathematical Methods” The single most common mistake made about SACE maths, including by tutoring sites. What the three Stage 1 subjects actually are, what each one opens in Year 12, and when it is still easy to change lanes.

There will be more of these, and there will not be many. Each one is written when a question has come up often enough to be worth answering once, properly, rather than to a schedule. If there is something you want answered, ask us and it may become the next one.
